Advance Tickets are now on sale at three locations for the Spring Taste of Newnan, set for Thursday, April 12.
Admission to the event is free and open to the public. It takes place from 5-8:30 p.m. on the Court Square. Tickets for food can be purchased for $1 each at the event, or people can beat the crowds by purchasing advance tickets at C.S. Toggery, Dragonfly Running Company and Ellie Mack Boutique & Newnan Mercantile. Advance ticket sales will end at noon on the day of Taste of Newnan.
The Taste of Newnan is a fun-filled, family event that is hosted twice a year along the square in downtown Newnan, where the entire community is invited to sample menu items from our fantastic Newnan-Coweta restaurants and caterers. Crowds up to 7,000 attend the event, coming downtown to try “tastes” (small food or drink portions) from over 30 local Newnan-Coweta food vendors. Each taste ranges between 1- 10 tickets.
Entertainment is also provided during the event with two stages featuring family-friendly, live music by Musicology, and a “Kid’s Zone” along West Washington Avenue, equipped with rides, inflatables, and more!
Free parking is available along downtown streets, and in the City of Newnan’s public parking lots, located at: 13 Lagrange St., 25 Lagrange St., 22 Spring St, 6 First Ave., 50 E. Broad St., 65 E.Broad St., 41 E.Washington St., and 22 E. Broad St.
