From Special Reports
Bill Stemberger and Scott Cummins were recently honored by Super Lawyers Magazine by being named to the List of Super Lawyers for the fifth straight year. The partners at Stemberger & Cummins PC were recognized for excellence in the practice of law by one of the country’s premier attorney rating services.
Recognition by Super Lawyers Magazine, a Thomson Reuters publication, is based upon voting of other attorneys licensed to practice in the state, as well as independent research conducted by the company’s editorial team.
Both Stemberger and Cummins have practiced law for more than thirty years, most of which have been spent in Coweta County, Georgia. They attribute the success of their partnership to an unwavering commitment to achieving client goals.
“Scott and I are passionate about the cases we take, especially those that will have a significant impact on our client and their family for many years after our work ends,” said Stemberger.
A former prosecutor and municipal judge, Cummins agrees that a strong commitment to the client is a key factor in producing positive outcomes. He also believes that there is no substitute for experience when it comes to litigating complex injury and criminal cases.
“Simply stated, Bill and I have seen a lot over the past thirty years,” said Cummins. “This allows us to choose and implement the types of strategies that make the difference between a good result, and a great one.”
Stemberger and Cummins are no strangers to recognition from third party attorney rating services. Both are AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, hold a 10.0 rating from Avvo, and have been included in Georgia Trend’s magazine’s annual list of Legal Elite lawyers.
